Booking and Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payments

Payment for services rendered must be made in full at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Sezzle at checkout.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.

Shipping

Standard Shipping Times

Standard shipping: Estimated within 4-6 business days, depending on your from date of shipment

Expedited shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

In rare cases of lost or delayed shipments, please contact our customer support team at phsalon@gmail.com for assistance.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order promptly.

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

If you choose to use Sezzle at checkout, please note that there will be a processing period of 2-3 business day. Standard shipping time will be 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
